We regularly manage refurbishment projects for both private and commercial premises, having recently completed the refurbishment of a property on Richmond Hill. Our work included excavation of a basement beneath the house, followed by installation of a new kitchen and bathroom. Such was the scope of this project and the nature of the work being carried out, it was treated as though it were a re-build.
