Steve Archer and Kevin Furey are the driving force behind Woodland Commercial. It is down to their vision and leadership that the company grew from a start-up nearly twenty years ago into the leading company it is today.
In the early 1990's, Steve and Kevin turned the recession to their advantage by setting up Woodland Commercial. Their first contracts were with leading financial institutions refurbishing repossessed houses.
The initiative that sparked this early success drove Woodland Commercial to become the thriving company it is today. Their 14 office-based staff and 70 tradesmen are all directly employed by the company.
More than 90% of Woodland Commercial’s work comes through referrals and repeat business. The company has never advertised and is regularly featured in relevant publications such as Beautiful Homes magazine.
